Co2/fiber laser cutting
Concerning the thermal cutting, the laser represents one of the latest technologies.
In particular, during recent years, the traditional co2 laser is supported and has almost been replaced by the fiber laser technology.
However, these two ways of operating in sheet metal manufacturing present different advantages.
In order to be able to increase the workable range of materials, we decided to keep both technologies:
- Steel (S235JR/J0/J2,S275JR/J0/J2,S355JR/J0/J2,S450J0, etc.) up to 15 mm
- stainless steel ( AISI 304,AISI 316L, etc.), up to 12 mm
- aluminium, up to 10 mm
- brass, up to 8 mm
- copper, up to 6 mm
- bronze, up to 8mm
- sendzmir sheets
The processing field of our plants is 4000x2000mm.
Laser cutting has a variety of advantages.
In particular, the ability to realize small elements of high thicknesses, the possibility to make holes with a smaller diameter than the thickness, excellent cutting perpendicularity, etc.
In addition to the cutting, we are able to realize engraving and printing on the sheet.
